THE SCARLET POODLE

"The Scarlet Poodle" is an experimental animated film that tells a poetic coming-of-age story. The main character, the scarlet poodle, appears one day in the narrator's life. The narrator is confronted with a creature whose presence worries him, but at the same time challenges them. A confrontation finally ensues in which the narrator learns more about his identity and the scarlet poodle learns a lot about true friendship.

The use of augmented reality in this film is an important means of expression to tell the story about a creature that one would otherwise not see or perceive, but which shifts in a magical moment from the virtual space of a game or chat room into the setting of one's everyday life.
