The international construction exhibition is to come to Basel, and until 2020 it will focus on the development of the region across national borders in various projects. To portray this idea, the TEB Trionational Eurodistrict Basel - under the auspices of the Building Department of the Canton of Basel-Stadt - organised an exhibition from 19 April to 8 May 2008 in the E-Halle on the German Railways area. The centrepiece was a video installation with three LCD monitors that combined statements from politicians and landscape images from the three countries with a three-dimensional model of the region on a scale of 1 : 5000.
The three 11-minute films were synchronously looped so that the politicians' statements were shown alternately on the three monitors.

For the first time, the films were shown in full HD image resolution using HD-Moveboxes.
