KLANGKÖRPERKLANG EXPO 2000

The Swiss Pavilion at EXPO 2000 in Hanover by Peter Zumthor was a pile of wood, open on all sides. No queuing, no flood of media, but unexpectedly direct encounters with musicians who condense into groups, create dense musical moments with dulcimers, accordions and solo winds, then move on again and get lost behind the piles of wood.
For Peter Zumthor's sound body, Daniel Ott composed the sound body, which resounded live for 12 hours a day.
