2. Uri: brings in the weighing machine 3. Erich: lays out the white cloth
4. Uri: wires the toaster
5. Judith: lays pillow
6th Reinhard: sets up 'Kässeli' (box office), wires microphone, speakers
7. Georg: starts cutting
8. Franz: checks the heat of the hotplate. 9.
9. Renatus: hands Franz the oil, keeps the pan
10. Erich and Judith: start designing the plates; Reinhard: comments;
all: work and seem relaxed; audience: is there and eats away.

P.S. Clearing away goes like lightning, fast as a spook.
