Sizilienarbeit

On the occasion of a trip to Sicily, Angelo Alfredo Lüdin spent two weeks in the village of Milo (Catania), which is off the beaten track. During this time, he took portraits of the villagers with his Polaroid camera. Immediately afterwards he gave them the picture, which had not yet been developed, and recorded their reactions. After seven days, Lüdin sought out the portrayed people again to find out where the picture was kept.
